Our dentist and team in Pasco, Washington, believe that everyone deserves healthy smiles, which is why we have created our Healthy Smiles Program: a membership plan that is affordable and can be customized to each member of your family. Program Plan Details and Policies

Please note, our program plan is not an insurance policy and does not qualify as a health plan under the Affordable Care Act.

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you have not used any plan benefits, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests made beyond 30 days will be considered at the discretion of our practice.
• Payment for Additional Services: Any treatments not included in the program must be paid for at the time of service.
• Plan Limitations: Program benefits cannot be combined with insurance, other discounts, special offers, or promotions.
• Specialist Services: The program does not cover any procedures performed by specialists outside our practice.
• Discounts: Discounts under this program do NOT apply to any treatment prior to joining, can only be used at Wine Country Family Dental, and are non-transferable.
• Activation: Initial payment and activation fee is due upon the first visit.
• Active Period: Program is effective on the day on which payment is received and terminates exactly one year (365) days from the payment date. That period will be the active date of the program where benefits and discounts may be used and will be referred to as the “Program Period”.
